Yamanashi Route 24 - Drift Road?
I went for a ride to my favorite place, Doshi 道志村! It is in Yamanashi Prefecture and is about a hour to an hour and a half outside of Tokyo, depending on where you are. Route 24 branches off of Route 413. Route 413 is “Doshi Road” or 「道志道」.
This video is just a short introduction and a ride down the road. I hope that you enjoy it!
The direction I travel in this video is a good way to ride the road but after I posted, I realized that coming at it from the other side might be better. If you take 413 to Lake Yamanaka, then head to Tsuru and then ride Route 24 back, you will get a mush better view of Lake Yamanaka and Mt. Fuji!
In the end, you will enjoy riding the road either way!
